After an accident, your car suffered diminished value. Even the best repairs will have a permanent condition called “evidence of repairs”, which will negatively affect the resale value. Under the law, everyone must disclose any accident history when selling a vehicle. After such a disclosure, buyers are not willing to pay full price for a post-accident-repaired vehicle. The insurance company of the at-fault party owes you money.
Ramji & Associates specializes in recovering diminished value for high-end cars, like yours, that have been involved in a wreck. We handle everything from having the diminished value report prepared to filing the diminished value claim, to negotiating a proper settlement with insurance companies. Ramji & Associates also can file a law suit in the event a settlement is not reached.
Based on hundreds of settled cases, Ramji & Associates has an excellent track record for settlement of Diminished Value claims. We are unique from any other service because we handle your claim from start to finish. There IS NO FEE TO YOU, unless there is a settlement. If you do not collect, Ramji & Associates bears the costs.

About Lost Value
Lost Value is the difference in value between a vehicle with an accident history and the same vehicle without an accident history. This is also known as “Loss of Value”.
Example: A Honda Accord that has been in an accident is worth less than a Honda Accord with no accidents. Even if the Honda Accord was repaired well with no visible damage, the risk of unseen damage increases, and will cause Lost Value.
After an accident, every vehicle suffers Lost value. Even the best repairs to your vehicle will have a permanent condition called “evidence of repairs,” which will negatively affect the resale value of your vehicle. It’s similar to a scar on the body. It never goes away.
Under law, everyone must disclose any accident history when selling a vehicle. After such a disclosure, most buyers are not willing to pay the same amount for the vehicle.
After an accident, the insurer is obligated to completely restore your vehicle to the condition it was in before the accident (pre-loss condition). Even after repairs, your vehicle is not in pre-loss condition because of Lost Value. After an accident you are owed Lost Value.
The insurance company of the person that caused the accident is responsible to pay Lost Value. If they do not have insurance, then you may, if you want use your own UM Insurance.
If the at fault party does not have insurance, you can still recover your Lost Value settlement if you have Uninsured Motorist Coverage.
To get paid for Lost Value, you must provide documentation to the responsible insurance company with an accurate assessment of your Lost Value. That’s where we come in (keep reading).
